ABFS has worked in a range of sectors within the construction industry with one of the main ones being the Residential sector. Currently we have three projects ongoing which are detailed below.
Liverpool Waters A06, “The Lighthaus” a 31-story residential tower, is a milestone project for us with which was recently completed in November after 16 months on site. Valued at £330,000, ABFS is delighted to have been a part of improving Liverpool’s future with their efforts on regenerating the docklands. ABFS have since completed the following:

Echo Street is a project we are proud to be a part of with completion expected in early 2026. Located in Manchester’s city centre the new student accommodation, valued at £870,000, will provide 1,224 student rooms. Spread across three interconnected towers, this project will be able to accommodate students with modern spaces and amenities that set a new standard. ABFS have been appointed to complete the following:

Boddingtons Brewery Residential Scheme is a regeneration project located in Manchester due to start in June 2026. Valued at £850,000, the new build will deliver 505 new build homes aiming to meet the need of affordable apartments in the area. ABFS will deliver a range of Fire & Security systems such as:
