ABFS are extremely excited to announce the completion of our project – Liverpool Waters A06 valued at £330,000, a testament to our teams dedication to improve the city’s future.
After just 16 months on site, we are pleased to announce the 31-storey residential tower was completed this November, housing an impressive 278 apartments and a wide range of amenities across many of the floors.
Starting back in July 2024, the major development also known as “The Lighthaus” is part of a regeneration project for Liverpool Waters aiming to bring life back to our docklands. With a variety of one, two and three bed apartments, it’s first residents are set to move in at the end of the month. A06 is one of many major residential developments transforming our docks.
ABFS were appointed to complete the following Fire & Security systems:
🚨Full fire alarm and managed evacuation system
🔒Access control system
♿Disabled toilet and refuge alarm system
📹Building wide CCTV system
👂Audio / Video entry system
